Meet Allen

Hello, my name is Allen Broadus, and by trade I'm a dedicated Risk Engineering Consultant. I'm happily married and blessed with 8 beautiful children. I'm a proud member of the Libertarian Party, and am running to represent SC House District 69 in the South Carolina House of Representatives.

My journey into politics is driven by a deep commitment to safeguarding the core values that I believe are essential for the prosperity and freedom of our community. These include staunchly protecting property rights, advocating for free speech, and fostering economic development that benefits all. I believe we must fight for liberty for ourselves, and our children who are the next generation of South Carolinians.

My background is in Risk Engineering Consulting. I'm a skilled public speaker. I collaborate well across differing viewpoints. I'm very involved in community organizing. This training and experience have prepared me to address South Carolina's critical issues. Volunteering within the community to serve those in need has not only been a responsibility, but a privilege that has enriched my life and my candidacy.

On a lighter note, I'm also a history geek. I relish exploring historical tours in every place I travel to, reflecting my deep appreciation for our past and its impact on our future. I am excited about the opportunity to represent District 69 and am committed to working tirelessly to ensure our community's rights are protected, voices are heard, and the economic future is bright.
